international tv channels is only plus point

Although wifi coverage was impossible to connect during my stay with two different devices.

We both loved it, the place is quaint and respectable and suited fine. We had the most comfortable few days there.

Very quite, tea and coffee in the room, and the mashine for boiling water, TV with many channels, big room, good water pressure ), in the city center,

When I paid for the hotel, the bill was 224.54 euro, but they took from my card 270 euro, I didnt see that at that point, and still dont understand where did the 40 euro go ((

The nearby restaurant served amazing Indonesian food that surprised us with its rich flavors, while the friendly staff made our stay much more enjoyable despite the occasional cleanliness issues.

Nice place right in the center of Lausanne. Ideal for a short stay to explore the city and the surrounding area.

The toilet was really-really small!

The room was larger than expected and had a all of the UK terestrial channels, which was handy when I was at a loose end one evening and the weather was bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is excellent, next to the city center and public transportation but in a quiet area.

The shared bathroom for the rooms is quite small but in the other hand, they keep it very clean. The wifi doesn't work well inside the rooms, it only works in the reception area and corridors.

I appreciate hotels in Switzerland and very expensive and this is at the budget end of the market. However for a shared bathroom etc the toilet and showering facilities were poor. They were too small and cramped and not sufficient for the number of rooms expected to use the 1 common shower and toilet. There was no safe for valuables which is now standard to most hotels.

What I liked best during our stay was the comfortable space of the room, the relaxed and super nice employees at the reception as well as the girls who were cleaning the rooms!! Location easy to get everywhere.

Would be very useful to have some simpel hooks behind the room door tho hang your coats and stuff. That is what we missed in the room.

There was a constant pipe noise in my room

The hotel was quirky with particularly good and excellent location close to the train station. Quadruple room was silent and well furnished had hypoallergenic pillows. Location: the venue was adjacent to all main sights of Lausanne and bus stations...

Clean, tv with many international channels

WiFi signal low and unstable (many sat in the lobby for this reason). Not ok when the hotel advertises with internet in room. Was in Lausanne on business and desperately needed a connection to work at night.

Family with children suitable for some

The location of the hotel was good and my family enjoyed the free public transport pass it made getting around so much easier and the kids loved the welcome package with the coloring book

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable given the amenities offered
